ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATE
Full-Time, Non-Exempt

This position coordinates the Academy’s fundraising and donor cultivation programs. They are engaged in a wide variety of projects, coordinates donor event activities, prepares donor solicitations, oversees the production of printed and digital collateral, and manages the donor database and gift reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop a career in nonprofit fundraising with active engagement in all aspects of the donor cultivation cycle.
OFFICE MANAGER
Full-Time, Non-Exempt

This vital position serves as the first stop for all Academy visitors, program participants, and dynamic administration from our Front Office. This person provides administrative and clerical support to the administration, President & CEO and Board of Directors. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for connecting with people of all ages – from children to seniors – and who has an optimistic and joyful approach to helping people.

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE
Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Primary responsibilities include managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as providing other financial and administrative support. The ideal candidate has excellent attention-to-detail and strong customer service towards colleagues, vendors, and other constituents.  An interest in music and our musicians is a plus!
